  Dr. Prabhat Singh Assistant Professor Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Manipur, India Dr. Prabhat Singh is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Manipur. He earned his Ph.D. from NIT Hamirpur and completed postdoctoral research at IIT Bhubaneswar. His specialisation is VLSI design. He has published widely on tunnel FETs, including their analog/RF, linearity and reliability behaviour, and on perovskite solar cells. He has co-authored the Bentham Science books “Nano-FET Devices” and “Semiconductor Nanoscale Devices” (2025) and holds a registered design for a radio-frequency rectenna. His work on next-generation nanoscale devices makes him an ideal keynote speaker.
Prof. (Dr.) Upasana Geetanjali Singh Associate Professor and Academic Leader in Information Systems and Technology at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the Victorian Institute of Technology, Australia.
